Terms of Service

Summary: By using VendorMart, you agree to these terms. Vendors are responsible for their products. Payments are secure. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Disputes are resolved by arbitration under Indian law. Please read the full terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VendorMart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VendorMart Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. User Accounts

VendorMart uses Internet Identity for authentication. By signing in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. VendorMart reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products and Services

VendorMart is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors. We do not own, create, or control any products listed on the Platform. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by vendors and may change without notice. VendorMart does not guarantee the accuracy of any product information.

4. Payments and Fees

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. VendorMart charges vendors a commission on each sale as specified in the Vendor Agreement. Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes and import duties on their purchases. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Refunds are subject to the vendor's return policy and VendorMart's dispute resolution process.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; (f) engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or any form of fraud; (g) sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.

6. Intellectual Property

The VendorMart name, logo, and all related marks, designs, graphics, and trade names are trademarks or registered trademarks of VendorMart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. All platform content, including software, databases, text, graphics, and interface design, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant VendorMart a non-exclusive license to display such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VendorMart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, accuracy, or legality of products sold by vendors. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to VendorMart in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VendorMart at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter not subject to arbitration.
